Vincent Photo Viewer - WIP by awhite92 Vincent Photo Viewer - WIP by awhite92
Vincent

this is a little application I've been working on for about a
month now, its gotten pretty far :)

its not ready for the public, and i don't know if i will
make it available at all.

the reason I'm posting this is, i would like some feedback.
about anything, the design, the functions, comments,
suggestions, anything would be appreciated :)

it atomically re-sizes and positions itself on the screen when
loading an image. there is currently nothing in the 'sidebar'
but, it will contain thumbs of the other images in the folder.
and in another tab, detailed image information.

the theme it is using is a custom built control library
containing: a Form (the window), a button, a textbox
(input), a check box, a progress bar, a custom panel, and a
few methods to make beautifully round corners when
painting with system.drawing.drawing2D graphics.

current size 155kb
written in C#

Really nice. At least you don't have to write stuff in WTL using essentially Visual C++ 4.0's Dialog editor. :p

that looks cool man, I hope all goes well :) I love keyboard shortcuts btw. It allows me to hide space hogging menu's, and streamline work. Just something to think about broham :D

i completely agree, i originally had a menu at the top but decided to remove
it completely. cuz of the whole reason im making my own viewer, minimalism.
that and its fun ;)

thanks for the feedback :D
