Wallpaper: i can't remember. help me find it! Got IT!!! [link] . mine is slightly modified, i just put the Ubuntu logo in the center.
Docky: it is just a simple transparent theme, i did not look for one, i just modified one i had already. also in 3D mode
GTK Theme: It is the newest version of the Elementary theme. if you have it, you can update it with what is said here: [link]
Screenlets: I am using 5 RingSensorsScreenlets configured around the center of my modified wallpaper. 3 processors, ram, and battery. also a Impulse - PulseAudio visualizer, you can get it here: [link] . located on the bottom right.
